Motivation!!!
I am very over weight and also had the same problem with motivation. I enrolled in a personal training program at a local college. Sometimes educating yourself on exercises or activities can peak your interest to try something new. I also started taking supplements that help me have more of a boost. Start a workout program with a friend to keep you motivated and accountable. Each person is different, so try different things to see what works for you. Remember, everytime you move you burn more calories, the more you move the more you lose Wink
