I know losing two pounds in a day is not "real" weight loss, but I've been fluctuating between 148 and 151 for a couple months now, so the fact that I'm down at all is very big!

Being addicted to the internet, I'm wondering if I can do Weight Watchers this way. I lost about 20 lbs at the beginning of this year and have been maintaining for three months. While I'm happy at my current weight, I'm still about 20 lbs away from what was my ultimate goal (and lowest adult weight), and I think it's time to be very strict about it to get the pounds down while I have lots and lots of free time. Can I do it?
