Getting back on track with a keto breakfast. Asparagus wrapped bacon and eggs. Recipe was in the Bacon & Butter Cookbook. I don't like chewy bacon though & so I may try to fry mine at the end of baking it to get the desired crisp but flavor is AMAZING!

Im starting to love weigh in Fridays! It's such a reward to see the number on the scale keep going down with all my hard work and effort and even the occasional slip up.

Ohhhhhh my goodness I am going to have to quit buying pork skins because they are my new "junk food" I can't control myself lol. I open a bag of the BBQ and I'll sit there and eat them all if not careful.

Nice drop this week!!! Stuck to my diet even though I didn't track everything on here I still tracked carbs and made sure to stay under or at 20. Also, exercised pretty hard. Starting to feel not as hungry so that's a plus.
