I ran out of my protein (its coming today) ran out of eggs yesterday! lol
lowfat cottage cheese and sugar free peaches was the best i could come up with! lol

Getting some lovely snow! (its lovely because i dont have to go outside) and I have a lovely view. Enjoying ghost on the TV and a protein lunch.
Did you know its 80 calories for 5 ritz crackers? It's fine, I always have extra left at the end of the day.

Holy Moly! How the heck did I manage that?
I did my weekly weigh in 3 times. the battery is still good on the scale. I haven't done anything different than usual. i wish I knew! 3 lbs seems slightly concerning.
maybe I shed some water weight or maybe the new exercises I'm doing are really helping. I see my PCP on the 5th. I've got my list of questions!
