I have tried every diet under the sun and it all is like a yo-yo.
Most people eat to live, I live to eat. Love food, the prep, the smell, the taste.
I am looking at 50 soon and want to get my weight under control. I am consulting with a weight doctor to help supress the my appetite. I am now doing 1200 calories a day so low carb and low calorie.
I have since become a Zumba instructor, hoping this will keep the motivation going. each class burns about 500 calories.
