I just restarted P1 on Monday, unfortunately I gained back a pound or so. I had a problem with my hypothyroidism and wound up in the hospital. Fortunately, my medicine has been adjusted, so I hope this helps me as well as restarting phase 1! Disney is in 2 months and I need to focus on getting in better shape.

It is my own fault, I have been so stressed with my husband traveling for work that I noticed I am not eating as often or as well. I am picking more on the kids stuff than taking the time to prepare good stuff for me.

Restarted Phase 1, need to focus on the exercise part and get through the next 2 weeks. I want to see if adding only fruit for dessert helps me adjust into Phase 2.

How is it that I did better sticking to the more restricted phase 1 than I am doing now! Ugh, I feel like everytime I eat a carb I get bloated, and yet now I can't resist them. I am trying to add carbs to only 1 meal a day, but it is hard. I would have ww toast with my breakfast, or a low carb wrap for lunch, and yet I am not budging.

I need to start exercising, I had too many parties to attend and too much Easter candy around the house the last week. Although I feel much better when I am following SB, I can't just do diet alone.
