23, 5'7", College student
Last year I was about 158... decided to lose weight so I lost a bunch and went down to 135lbs by the end of the summer. Now Im gaining more (I moved out and began going to school) and I want to stop it before it goes to high. Im 140lbs now and I want to get to 125lbs before summer.

My diet basically consists of staying around 1000cals a day, not eating past 7pm, exercising as much as I can, getting salad instead of fries with takeout, only tomato based pasta sauces, no drinking calories (except alcohol of course! ;) , etc..etc..
