I have a question. I just started yesterday with my diet and excersise. I weigh myself everyday, I dont know if I should, but I do. Anyway I weighed in this morning and the scale said 2 lbs heavier than yesterday!!!! WTH, I did good! I was not expecting to lose, but I was not expecting to gain either. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I am new to this site. I am doing my own thing as far as a diet plan. I am though watching my fat and calorie intake and have given up on red meat. I wanted to know if there was some others out there who have also given up red meat, so we could share some ideas on diffrent foods.

Ok, so I started a diet today and then while watching the news this morning heard about this site...I think it was ment to be...LOL. I'm excited about this and am going to try to make this prosses fun!!
