I'm a vet extern, about to finish the course and interested in healthy eating and exercise! After struggling with weight loss as a teenager, and going through crazy diets/fasts and EDs in the past and wrecking my metabolism completely, I'm finnaly after that and only want to be as healthy as I can! Also, because I've been having some binges lantely, I thought that recording - and even picturing what I eat on a daily basis - and sharing with everybody might help me reach my goals :)
Though there are 4Kg that have been bothering me for a while, so I'm going back to my nutritionist ;)
