How stupid am I? I messed up the whole day! I haven't had much sleep for a week now and surprize surprize I'm feeling exhausted! All my life I have seen food as confort and I am trying to change that, however today I just forget everything and went on binguing. I felt terrible afterwards so I had to burn calories, so I did body combat for less than a hour. But that isn't enought so I'm going for a 5km stroll to burn some more. I know running, cycling or whatever would burn more calories in less time but I'm too exhausted to even jog!

Yesterday my diet was almost vegan, which makes me feel better, because the bottom line is to be vegan all times. I still have to find out the grams of carbs, fat and protein I should be eating. Also how do I know if I am eating enough vitamine B12 and iron? Does anyone knows?

Hey guys!
So yesterday's trail was amazing! Instead of going alone, some close friends joined me and things got along pretty well. It was only 10km but it was up and down so some people were complaining about soreness today, but not me! I woke up early as always and went to the gymnasium! After working out I can garantee that tomorrow the one who is sore is me!
Vegan thoughts are taking control over my mind. I even made my mum buy almond milk, fresh vegetables and lots of fruit! Well, she isn't ready yet to change her eating habits. Neither are my siblings and dad, but well it took time for me to realise what was in discution here. However, I thing they may one day give it a try and fall in love with the whole concept.

Hi guys!
I woke up this morning and jumped into the scale. It must be water weight because it's impossible to lose 3kg in two days!
So today instead of celebrating this loss, I'm going to celebrate another day into this new lifestyle. How am I going to do that? Well, yesterday I did cycling for one hour and while I was doing it, I remembered how much I miss going to the countryside with my bike and look at the amazing landscapes from my home town! However my bike is still broken, thus I'm just going for a walk in the montain' trails!
I hope you are doing fine guys! Just keep foccused!

Hi everyone!
I hope you are all doing fine. I just want to share something so hear me out. I have been doing a lot of thinking these days and I came to the conclusion that if I think that eating another human being is unthinkable then eating vulneral cute animals is also cruel unthinkable action!
However, I don't know how I should start changing my eating habits... I've been looking into it on the internet but there is so many information that I got a little confused.
Anyway, it has been two years since I last ate red meat. I do prefer fish to meat but I have no need continue to eating those. So I was wondering if any of you could help me with this.
