Buddy needed, please!!
Hello. I am 21 years old and am starting the South Beach Diet tomorrow. I have had success with it before but didn't stick to the program - it's just so easy to "fall off the wagon!!" Hopefully having an accountability buddy will help. Please let me know if you are interested.
