So, This week was rough.and I hope in a couple days I can turn it around. I was at work from the 4th- and got in last night around 1am. I packed my lunch, like always, but forgot to bring my ice pack. I ate fairly well, but I did have to eat out a couple times and ate some gluten. :( it was not a good time, but I had no other choice. I did have some soda every now and then b/c i was so exhausted and at one point we didn't have any coffee or hot water. Anyways i'm not feeling so great with myself this week. Now that I'm home, and got 10 hours of sleep, I'm going to get back on track with my food, and get my first Zumba workout in. One good thing this week is I did get to the fitness center at the hotel twice. How's everyone else doing???

I really wanted to Zumba today, but I'm in Norfolk for the night. =( no DVD player or anything. So after I went out with my coworkers, I took a 4 HOUR nap! I needed it haha. so I got my butt up and went to the gym so I feel better.Zumba scheduled for Tuesday night. I didn't do so good on my diet today. Ended up going out with the guys to get wings, but instead of pop or an adult beverage, I had water! I always pack my lunch for my trips, did so today as well, but forgot my ice pack so I had to leave my lunch box in the employee fridge at the hotel which is behind the desk :( I have you make sure it stays fresh. Well, so far so good. I really need to get the Zumba DVDs.

I am super excited for the Zumba Challenge to start. I just visited my sister and I was SO lazy. Now I'm ready to get off my fanny and get going. I want to lose this weight to feel good, healthy, and for vacation to Hawaii in Feb. I can do it, no more excuses. I just realized I ran into a problem. I do have the Wii Zumba game, but I am a flight attendant and I'm gone 4 days a week and home 3. Guess I will have to go buy the DVDs now. What a waste getting the game, I think I'm going to return it and get the DVDs, that will benefit me better. Let the fun and weight loss begin!
