I need help yall!
Wtf.....I just learned I'm eating WAY too much protein for my body weight. I'm 135 and I'm eating on average 150-180g of protein per day when I'm only required to eat 60g a day due to my weight. Is it different when youre trying to build muscle and gain healthy weight? Should I continue eating high protein since I'm working out heavy? Eating 60g of protein is extremely easy to do. Idk why trainers make such a huge deal about high protein if thats all we are suppose to consume. The chicken I consume at dinner is basically the only protein I need. Someone educate me. I'm eating 3500 - 4000 calories every single day. My goal is to become healthy in every aspect. I want to gain weight thats also flattering. I'm not trying to be manly. 😂🙅🚫

150g of protein already today. right on. 💪🏼 I bought a new scale after realizing my old one was broken, and this new scale is very inconsistent seconds away from weighing, so I'm not sure about what my weight is until I find an accurate scale. Any suggestions on a good one? Eating mostly organic and heavy calories daily. Working out. I think I'm progressing. Finally got my mindset right.

If anyone reading this is having a hard time with their mindset, what helped me was getting on YouTube and hearing others success stories. Seeing their progress starting from where you are now, to how they look afterwards is SO INSPIRING! I literally do this daily, especially days I'm feeling down on myself. Highly recommend.
