MY WEEKEND VISIT W/ THE FAMILY IN TEXAS...
was great!!! I got to see all the fam, and had a great time. I was really scared that i'd fall off of the wagon, but I didn't. I ate probably a little more meat that I should have, but hey, I LOST ANOTHER 3 LBS!!!
OH...and of course, the COWBOYS WON!!!

YAY...DETOX IS OVER!!!
I couldn't be any happier. When I stepped on the scale this morning, I just about screamed (w/ joy). LOL!
This gives me all the motivation to keep going... I'm so glad I can start incorporating meet/seafood into my diet!!!
Thanks to everyone for the words of encouragment, I really appreciate it!

FORGOT TO WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING I ATE...
But I truley do appreciate all of the support! I am trying to incorporate more protein into my diet...its the weekend now, so I'll be going grocery shopping tomorrow!
