As a female who struggles with PCOS, I can tell you one of the biggest challenges is weight loss. I've been living the keto lifestyle since 2018, and it has simply kept me from putting weight on. If I were to go a few days off track, weight goes on with a snap of my fingers So I've decided to see what happens if I simply count calories & do a daily weigh in. I was working in healthcare for the last few years, but in February I decided to take a break and honestly I think that has played a big role. I'm hoping to get back to my pre 4 baby/C-section weight which I'm blessed to have kids, but I don't want that baby bump anymore!
