I make it thru the first day! Yay! I can do this! I feel pretty good this morning. About ready to have some lunch. Last night I made a low carb Quesadilla for dinner. I used the Mission Carb Balance tortilla, some chicken and cheese and dipped it in sour cream and tomato sauce. It was good but next time I'm getting salsa to dip it in. That would be even better. I'm thinking it would be something good to make for lunches at work sometimes. A co-worker just asked me to go eat Chinese food with her. I said NO :-) So far, so good!!!

I really can't contribute this 3 lb loss on hard work. Must have just been bloated yesterday and lost 3 lbs of water because I wasn't very good yesterday afternoon.
I am going to the grocery store today and getting SAFE foods to eat. Going to really plan my meals and have things available that I can have.
Oh and I am doing this 30 day Buns, Guns and Ab challenge. I'm not sure where the abs come in exactly because it involves squats, leg lifts and push ups.... maybe the leg lifts work your abs some. Anyways you do all of those exercises and each day they add more and more. At first 10 squats liked to have killed me and walking up stairs hurt so bad. Now I can do 30 squats without stopping and before I really feel the burn. It's pretty cool. It's not much and I know I need to start up some cardio but it still makes me feel good that I am at least doing something. Happy Hump Day People!!

Okay so I feel like I really messed up today. Hopefully it won't hurt me too bad. I'm HUNGRY! So I was fine thru breakfast and lunch but then this afternoon I was craving something sweet so I went to the store and I bought some sugar free candy and some Atkins Peanut Butter Granola Bars. I had a granola bar. I know they are supposed to only be 2.9 net carbs but I think they slow me down but I was really craving something.... Then I had a diet cherry limeade from sonic and ate half of one of my friends cheddar peppers. Aaaaahh! I feel like such a CHEATER!
Well, gonna try to not stress over it too much.
