Such a great day today.. Though, I was really busy and traveling all day, so that helped! Same thing tomorrow.. I should just repeat most of what I ate today...I find that I eat WAY more when I don't have a schedule.. My job is pretty much my own hours, so that doesn't help!!

Once again, today is a new day. I leave for Arizona in 15 days. I will continue my work outs, and EAT with much more portion control. I never eat bad things, I just eat too much, but I keep my workouts strong!

Bad end of the day.. Definitely did some emotional and hormonal eating. I think that I am going to start my period soon, so I am getting way too "hungry". This day is ruined, ugh!

Well, didn't go to the gym on Friday or Sunday, but did go today! Need to work on portion control.. STAT!
