Well, one more pound down. I was hoping for alittle more, but I take what I can as long as the scale is moving in the right direction. I did very well this week. I even turned down cake at work one day. That was HARD!!! But I did it and lived to talk about it. So, 170 here I come.

I'm feeling really good about starting back on Atkins. No other diet has ever made me feel good. And trust me, I think I've tried them all! I just have to get past the cravings. I am really wanting some fries. I think tonight I'm going to make eggplant fries to see if that helps.

Well, getting started is the hardest part. Haven't done well, but the holiday hasn't helped. To much good food and not enough will power to say NO. Better luck next week, I guess.
