Not Good at all, having a hard time getting back on track. do good all day , loved ones bring home week food for me and know i have a hard time turning down. Try talking to them and they say well you dont have to eat it. well they are right, its just hard not to, very week will power.

To day is the frist day of a life change! Iv tried every thing out there that iv come a cross.
low carb, low fat , low cal , etc. The belly fat cure is so simmple , I can still watch my carbs plus eat more of the foods that i crave. I just got to get use to watching my sugar intake, which is new for me. Every thing that iv read on this life change, makes since. I know this time, I will learn to eat heathy and loose the old fat me!!
