I've been horrible the last few days! I haven't made my workout, and I keep finding excuses. Today I'm starting fresh and I'm gonna do it! I can do this.

Goal: Stick to diet and do not eat after 8:30pm tonight! And no snack food! This includes popcorn :) Also exercise, so im running tonight.
I feel decent today, and I was surprise I lost weight from yesterday. I didn't workout yesterday but I plan to tonight.
