I'm psyched today! I looked in the mirror this morning and my love handles and tummy are going away! I have been sticking to 100-150 crunches a day on the stability ball and it is ACTUALLY WORKING!
This is amazing and it is the absolute FIRST time in my entire life that I have noticed a difference in my waist. I am so happy! What an inspiration to keep going! Nothing could ruin this day (even though I work two 9 hour jobs on Fridays...WHO CARES?!)

I am feeling pretty good today. My points target is 23. I did 25.5, but I ran around a lot doing housework and got in about 30 minutes of exercise. I feel STRONG and that feels GOOD! I am re-gaining muscle tone which I have not seen in many, many months. Makes me smile.
I am trying something probably unhealthy and pointless. I have a Stacker 2 before my workouts so I have more stamina. I don't use them according to the box for weight loss...I only use it for the caffeine to give me endurance. I seem to stay in the gym longer. Maybe not the greatest thing to do, but for now, it's working. Smart? Probably not, but whatevaaa! Haha! One of these days, I may just figure it out...

I'm a bloated, emotional and lethargic. Oooh JOY! I love this time of month. I have zero desire to go with my sister to the gym tonight. I think I will hop on the ellipical in the living room instead so I don't spread my misery around.
On a positive note, it has been 31 days - a full month since I had a cigarette. This is such an accomplishment for me. I almost caved and begged like an idiot for one on Saturday. BUT - I didn't and I am really proud of that.

Today is going pretty well. I watched my points and got in my gym time. I made some yummy, healthy chili tonight to take for lunch this week. It's packed with veggies and low fat too. I am excited to eat it, but hope I don't get sick of it! I have a lot of fruit and veggies to snack on too. I am pretty optimistic about this coming week.
