I ate pretty well today. I went over my weight watchers points, but I don't really care. I was in the 1,500 calorie range that I think is ideal for me so this doesn't upset me. I didn't exercise though. Oh well. I will do that tomorrow.

I am going to be a very good girl this week, so help me God! My fridge is loaded with good fruits and veggies and I am going to stick with the plan to exercise EVERY DAY! I have to stop being a lazy bum and start making efforts to reach my goal. So...here it goes...........

It's been a
long
time since I have written. I have been really busy with my new job. I have been doing okay at maintaining my weight, but not so good at losing any. I am trying to get back on the right track by making a point to log into FS and be more conscious of what I am doing. I am happy it is warming up a bit so I can go out to run or walk after work.
I hope everybody is doing well. I will try to check in with all of my buddies this weekend. Glad to be back.
