Happily married for 16 1/2 years with 4 kids - 14, 12, 10, 8
Started at 152 in March 2013, but plateaued at 137, then started gaining weight (5 lbs) again. Joined FA (www.foodaddicts.org) on 10/9/13. Got down to 120.8. Haven't been this weight since I was about 14!
Recently stepped away from FA program to manage it on my own. Tried "carb cycling" with a free meal on Saturday nights - for 3 weeks. Gained 3 pounds. Working them back off w/ Phase 2 of Atkins. Would love to figure out a way to enjoy an occasional treat, although I've accepted the fact that for now, 1x/week is not effective for weight maintenance or weight loss.
