I've decided to change my goal. Looking at 70 lbs to lose makes it feel impossible to me. I'm going 10lbs at a time. Small goals lead to big victories (I hope!) Just that one change and I already feel better.

Why do I always feel hungrier after I eat an apple?? I was getting hungry and ready for my afternoon snack, an apple and string cheese, and I feel more hungry after. Uggghhhh. I wish someone would just tell me what to eat, when to eat it, how much and when to stop. It all seems so easy. But here I am a few weeks in and literally counting every freaking calorie and making sure the good WAY outweighs the "bad" and nothing is happening. I'm also ridiculously impatient 😆 I'll keep trucking cause why the hell not.
