Fell off the wagon these past few days 😭. I feel so unmotivated when it's yucky outside and we're in for more snow. Meh. I need inspiration of some kind. Did so good for a few weeks, no change in scale, no change in measurements. Can't even get through a month without feeling defeated.

I really really really don't like fish. But chicken and turkey are getting boring. So I got some Alaskan cod and gave it a little fry in the pan,it was amazing!! I'm going to find a recipe to bake it next time
