Today started out Marvelous!! I had tea and a banana for breakfast and a great workout at the YMCA with some great motivational friends of mine! We did 1 mile around the track. I'd say we jogged 5 or 6 laps and I RAN the last! Then did the elliptical for a short while (burned 50 cals) and I walked on the treadmill and jogged the last 2 minutes at speed 4.7 (yay me! I have NEVER been able to jog on a treadmill) burned 50 cals on there too. I also did a little bit of the weights but not a lot. It really wasn't a whole lot, but I am extremely pleased with the work out and I look forward to doing it again next Monday! After our workout we met another friend at Subway and had a nice healthy lunch!
I've done decently meal wise the rest of the day. Just fighting the dreadful urge to snack. I always get like this between 8 and 10 oclock. It hits me like a Mack Truck! Trying to stay strong!!
My friend and I are going to Skype tonight and work out together again! Should be fun & I'm sure extremely entertaining!!
I hope I hold strong the rest of the week!!
