Hi all! A little about myself. I'm a 28 years old mother of 2. My youngest is 3 months old. Right now my goal is to get down to my lowest adult weight ever- 160lbs. I plan on accomplishing this by eating multiple small high protein meals a day, working out at least 4 times a week and eventually adding weight lifting to the mix. Soon I will be a stay at home mother so for now (while I don't have all the time in the world) I'll focus on my diet and cardio. I hope to make some "Buddies" along the way!

Mini Goals:
209- First 10lbs gone!!!!
199- Under 200! No longer obese.
189- 30lbs down!
179- 19lbs to go!!!
169- 50lbs down!!!
160- My goal weight!!! Same weight that I was at 18 yrs old!!!!
