It's not really my own diet it's Shred Revolution but there is no listing for it on the diet list.
So far I did well. I started today and have plans to run with Keira after work. I just hope the weather holds off raining. If it's really bad I can do my T-25.

After the nightmare of following Atkins and what it did to my body I had sworn I would never follow another "Diet" again. But then I heard about Dr. Ian Smith's Shred Revolution. It acutally teaches you how to make smart choices and realize what I need to do to be healthy.

I was doing atkins for a while and now I have quite a few medical issues. I am going to start a low fat, whole grain diet. Eating 1,200-1,500 calories while doing focus T-25. I have no time to work out and I miss it. I know I can do his videos. It will be rough getting up earlier but if I don't do it in the morning I will talk myself out of doing it later in the day.
