I've been tired all day. Ugh. So, time to exercise? Of course.

So yesterday marked a month of doing intermittent fasting and being here on FS. I fully expect the weight loss to be much slower from this point on, but this first month has been great at getting me started and keeping me motivated. Thank you for all the encouragement and support everybody!

My husband is coming home today for the weekend. He's been out of town all summer for work and this will be the first time I've seen him in two weeks. I'm excited to see him again, and undoubtedly we'll go out to dinner. I'm still trying to pick a place that has some good options. Last time he was here it was restaurant week and we went to this great place in Dublin ($25 a person for a 3 course meal!). It was incredible and the portion sizes were nice. He really wants to go back but their regularly priced menu is a bit expensive. I have a feeling we'll end up there tonight. Not upset about that at all.
Then he goes back for one more week and he's finally back for good! Yay :)

I haven't eaten anything since dinner last night because of nausea. I'm really hoping it subsides long enough to have something tonight. :( So much for eating normally today, ha!
