Discovered that the recommended 1200 calories while doing HerbaLife was WAYYYYYY too few for me. Like pounding headache, nearly blacking out, kinda too few. So I’m bumping my cals up to what this app recommends for me personally, which is 1900. I did this last summer and lost a good deal of weight, so I’m going to strive to eat around 1900 cals a day. Still gonna drink the Herbalife shakes, but not going to do their recommended calories. Because starving isn’t fun.
