I’m 21 now and in a much better mental state :) I’ve lost 20lbs last year and now I’m really trying to exercise and track my intake. Not so much worried about cals anymore, but worried about my protein :) Omw to losing 75 lbs to my first main goal weight! ❤️

So I went to my friends house for a birthday party and we were going to ride horses but we were snowed in so we ate pizza and icecream and water the whole day and I gained 5 pounds. I do cheer, so the next few days I ate less and we did cheers and worked on muscles during cheer and i'm sore all over, but I went from 140 to 150 even though I've been working out and eating less since my friend's party.

My friend might have cancer and I'm having a really hard time trying not to eat my feelings away but I'm failing so I'm gaining weight.
