WOW, today was sooo hard, craving were killing me. I stayed strong in the grocery store. Walked out with Rotisserie chicken, deviled eggs and water. I have been having caffeine withdrawal headaches but may have found my answer today with CAFFEINATED WATER!!! haven't tasted it yet but gawd I hope its my answer. My job is very hands on (pipeline) and I used to use sugar for my energy rushes (prolly why I have so much butt back there)but as we know on Atkins sugar is a definite NO-NO which effectively cut out everything I normally get my caffeine from. Crossed fingers that it works for me. I also bought some ketosis test strips and I am definitely in ketosis...yay me!
