I just did my 100 crunches since I am part of the 100 crunches challenge. This only being the 2nd day I really can feel them when I do them now! I'm pretty sure that means it's working :)
I also got some 94% fat free popcorn to snack on. YAY!

Today is day 2 and I must say yesterday at work was killing me. I felt like I was so hungry. I hope the hunger pains lessen soon. Otherwise I'll have to find a super low fat snack like broccoli or something to take with me. At least when I got home from work this morning I didn't head right to the fridge for some food. Which is what I usually do. Instead I just went to bed and got my rest. Now I am up and just cleaned my whole place.

So once again I'm starting all over but this time I have gained plenty of weight since the last time I weighed in. It is so insane. I probably won't blog much but I am using this to record my food intake.
