Trying to wean yourself off of anti-depressants is no joke. I am taking it slowly and one day at a time. I am also trying to eat less, only because I normally eat whatever I want, whenever I want but I can't keep living like this.

I did work out... mostly on machines - legs, arms and abs... now I just need to stay motivated..
Only 7865 steps today :/
New job, great boyfriend, time to lose the weight again!
