Question for you exercise experts. I'm 61 and according to the general rule for finding max HR (220-61 = 159) my target HR is 139. However, my resting HR is 47. I exercise heavy for 1-1/2 hrs 4-5 times a week. I routinely, although briefly go over 159 BPM. How dangerous is this?

Some of y'all, by the infatuations of your post are more about getting around healthy food than you are about getting healthy. Focus on health and then food choices will follow. Don't fixate on how to make what you're trying to eat taste like what you wish you could eat. It has failure cooked into the recipe.
