Three times now I've hit the 160's (albeit 169.5). I've been very good this week and this morning, I'm back to 171. I know it says I did 33 carbs yesterday but that's gross carbs, not net.
WTH???????????

Atkins Judgement
Most people hate Atkins when they can't do it and/or don't like to see you lose weight. Sometimes unhappy people don't want others to reach their goals.
The bottom line is that when the results show, sometimes other people aren't happy.

My New Favorite Things
So after a weekend of carb-debauchery, I got back on track this Monday but was just devastated at my food choices. If I ate another piece of turkey bacon or cheese stick, I was going to be sick. So off I went to the grocery store and my findings have made me very happy this week!
My new favorite things are:
Blue Cheese Veggie Dip - 1 tablespoon has 0.5g carbs
Truffles Pate - 2oz (which is large) has 2g carbs
Sunflower Kernels - 1oz has 2 net carbs (it's taken me 4 days to eat 4oz bag).
I've shaken up the meats because I just couldn't take anymore chicken. So for dinner I've been having -
Monday night: Turkey Breasts
Tuesday Night: Roast Marinated Pork
Wed Night: Roast Beef
Tonight: Turkey Legs
I've just bough a Corned Beef & half a Leg of Lamb.
I've taken to the SteamFresh Vegetables so hubby and I share a large packet of those every night. Two serving of veggies for us each. So this week has actually been a very easy diet week. I'm nibbling on something every two hours during the day, have my big dinner in the evening and I'm set for the day!

I have to say that I'm getting sick of cheese (never would I have thought those words would ever be uttered from my mouth).
I just don't know what to do.
