funny thing is when l was going to bed l weighed 305 and l gained one and a half pounds during the night lol

ok l am being faithful to the keto diet l thought til l found out corn in anyway is a definite no no BUT l feel less heavy then usual l feel energic tic dyed nt hair cut it l feel like a new person today ......it feels good to feel good lol.....yes l lost my filling in my tooth so l can't chew food and so l use a food precessor and no problem ,,,,,,,

ok started a keto diet yesterday did it all day had a few crackers but used romaine lettuce for bread today it was uncontrolable in bathroom all day had nothing to eat yet
