Starting again on January 1st not, I cleared my entire history from Sept/Oct. I have 3 very specific goals, to stop drinking alcohol completely, go to the gym in the morning 4/5 days per week, and stop eating infront of the TV.
If I can stick to those 3 rules, I think I'll see some results with out having to make other changes. We'll see :)

I have actually stayed at 191 for the whole week without bouncing back to 195. So, I think its safe to count that in my history.

weighed again this morning - 190lbs! I don't get this huge fluctuation. I am not going to record this, because I just weighed in at 195lbs yesterday. I weigh at the same time every time, first thing in the morning. Maybe my scale is broken. I am going to try weighing at the gym and see what it says.

I just keep ping ponging back and forth between 195 and 190, I have been walking the dog every single day and watching what I eat. Not following the exact diet I would want to and I haven't been journaling as diligently as I should be. But I am eating much better than I was and getting exercise everyday, why do I keep going back to 195?
