Well, today I hit my BMR which is not a deficit but I lifted weights with my friend and then mowed the lawn. So maybe I burned a bit.
Ate kind of badly but I have prepped some things and will go forward trying to add veggies and fruit while cutting carbs.
Basically getting things done around here and hoping July gets going on a steady keel, with both children pitching in to get things set up for various storage and clean up situations here!
Hope everyone is being mindful of taking care of themselves!

Hanging in there! Feeling better and keeping track of down moments to keep hydrated and fed. I am sleeping better which also helps.
Going to try something new for July but not sure it will work! It does include tracking calories though.

Y'all are so sweet! Thank you for the encouragement and prayers. I forced myself to go out with friends on both Thursday and Friday - my in-person friends are just as kind as people here! I am grateful to be blessed with great people around me.
Had some lovely support all around and good food as well too. Today was supposed to be with my younger one who bailed on me for some Pride event they attended. Very annoying! But I went out for a drive in the drizzle to get some delicious fried chicken and that did not disappoint! So good, I was in a much better mood. Fried chicken in a brioche bun and banana pudding. Very helpful.
I am usually not down or anxious, usually propping other people up, but this illness and my kids both losing their jobs just stressed me out, on top of still getting over the stupid ex. All just piled on. I know my friends are checking in extra because of my attitude but I am coming out of it!
It will be fine, I will be fine, the kids will be fine! Just going to get some good sleep and keep eating well and getting outside too.

Depression and anxiety are overwhelming - I think they are related to the virus taking me over. Not eating well, so maybe some lunch will help.
Hope you are all doing ok in the heat if you have it in your area like I do!

Feeling better, but I finally tested positve for Covid again. I don't know why I tested negative twice last week. Anyway, explains why I felt so bad. Now I feel guilty that I ran around doing things even with a mask.
