Woah, not too sure what happened here! Still haven't been 100% on the rules, but I must have done pretty well.
Ran the 15 km as planned, IF between 16/8 and 18/6 pretty much all week, was good on portion sizing, but still had a few encounters with sweet stuff.
But a loss is a loss, I'll take it, and keep on trying to reach 100%.

Well... was pretty good all last week, but I feel that 2 take outs in a single day might be enough to create a 2,5 lbs blip on the scale. I feel that most of it must be water from the excess of salt in the take outs... I check the scale in the coming days.

Wow, wasn't a 100% on plan, but I did IF for a couple days (about 4 or 5 on 7) and did eat quite a bit of bread and sweets a couple times but was pretty good on portion sizing.
Overall, quite happy with this week, and last week weight in must've been a blip on the screen...
Edit : Also ran 20 km this week (7 km today), for a total of 68,5 km this month on a 48 km objective. Plantar fasciitis is healing very well, thanks to my physio and quite a bit of self-discipline in doing the exercises.

Hello all, wasn't a really good week. Started with sweets cravings, and went downhill... I kept jogging, but that's about the only good thing that I did. Don't be mistaken, I feel great, but I'm about to move my bed to the pantry... I feel like I'm just eating all day long, and not making the best eating decisions at that.
On the plus side, I've been keeping dry for 2 weeks, still 2 weeks to go (dry month after x-mas, and I started on the day I went back to work, so Jan 11th until Feb 11th.
Well, next week will be better!

Steady for this week. Followed the plan reasonably well. Had a few sweets and some bread during the week, but I did well on desserts and portion sizing.
Adding to that a first dry week (started a dry month from Jan 11th to Feb 11th) to recover from the holidays bad habits.
As I had a big drop last week, I feel like my body might need a little time to adjust to the new eating habits.
Ran according to plan (4 times, for a total of 21 km) and everything seems good. So I'll aim for the same goal next week, and I should see results soon.
