So I picked up .3 which is disappointing, but I've also picked up better eating choices this week as well. Been on vacation so yhat also lends to binging more than normal. I'm happy with the progress and creating a better lifestyle. Reduced my sugar in coffee and tea and introducing more fruits and veggies. Which is much more healthier than going on extreme no food diets. Abd I'm literally feeling less fatter... so that's great. :)

Damage control for Saturday. Tried fasting yesterday-went well till I ate marie biscuits. Who thought those unassuming plain biscuits would carry so many calories! :( Went downhill hill from there but stayed under 1000. Attempting to stay under 1000 today and tomorrow as well. Absolutely no cashews! :)

So, I only ate 43% of my RDI yesterday, but that's ONLY because I slept from 3pm straight through to after 11pm. This included another 2 rows of aero mint and I fought every temptation to snack after waking close to midnight! I'm pretty pleased with myself. :) Now to stay under the RDI again today.
