- Exercise Obsessed
(and that involves a trip to the gym everyday, and more if I'm feeling very fat)
- Extremely Motivated
(Its all about loosing now, there is no excuse)
- I used to eat a lot of meat but have changed my ways and now prefer only fish.
- I try and stay well away from butter and cheese but that's not for any reason other than I feel incredibly fat after eating them.
- Weight remains constantly at the forefront of my mind.
(and with all this considered it may seem as if I could possibly be borderline with an eating disorder but maybe if I lose some weight some of my habits may stop)
