I missed FS soooo much!
I spent a week at the famous Boracay island here in the Philippines with my family. The beach was so beautiful and we all had a wonderful and relaxing time! I was just a bit annoyed that the first hotel we stayed at didn't have a gym so I missed 3 days of exercising. Thank God the 2nd hotel had a fantastic gym! And though I was not able to record my food intake here due to poor network signal, I made sure I stayed within my allowable calories.
The last 15 lbs I have to lose has been a kicking my ass though! I've been really busy this last few weeks so I haven't had the time to obsess about it but pretty soon I'm sure I'm going to.
Looking forward to reading your journals soon! =)

Wow! I've never appreciated a 1 lb loss until today! I missed 3 exercise days and pigged out on peanuts but still lost 1 lb! I was seriously expected a bit of a gain. I'm really happy about this!
I'm back to my exercise and diet routine though. I hope everyone's doing well too! =)

What is with me today! I don't usually give in to stress and negativity easily but somehow, I feel sad today. I just came back from a 3 day trip with my mom, aunt and grandma. It was a mother's day treat for them actually. We had fun but I felt bad about the missed workouts, which, in turn, is making me dread weigh in day again! Plus my peanut cravings are through the roof! Like I don't want to stop eating them once I start! And they are very high cal!
More than that though, I guess I am passing through a phase in my life where I am praying for His will in my life but at the same time struggling with letting go of what I want and accepting what He has planned for me. I'm sorry if I made anyone uncomfortable or something with this kind of talk. I just want to let it out somewhere. It is difficult to find a venue to talk about these stuff when in your line of work, you do it for others.

Really happy about the result of my weigh in today! =) Despite my mini drama (which caused me to allow myself to eat a bit more than usual) and not exercising for 4 days because of my hair, I still lost a bit of weight! I was actually expecting a gain so this is a fabulous surprise!
Now I am back to my exercise and diet plan. The result of my weigh in just added to my determination to get back on track. We are halfway through our summer here and I am excited for our trip to the famous Boracay Beach here in the Philippines. My birthday is also in less than a month so I have so much to look forward to in the coming weeks! =)
Spreading love and positive energy to all FS users! =)

My last weigh in was 11 days ago now. So I have mixed feelings about seeing my scale this Tuesday. I've been away from home for work and encountered a few emotional hiccups in the last 2 weeks as I have shared in my last journal. Though I am still sad about my latest mini-drama, I am determined to get back on track. Yes, I allowed myself to "grieve" (meaning, a little bump on the calorie intake) for a few days.
Also, I had my hair done yesterday and it looks great! Downside is that I can't get it wet for 3 days. Which means no exercise for me. I'm hoping to be stronger than before once I resume my exercise regimen.
Have a wonderful weekend everybody! Sending you all love and positive energy! =)
