Since June i lost 19lbs. I feel good about myself and know i can do better. The past two weeks i slacked off but getting back on track. Find myself walking daily and really watching my calories.

Interesting weekend. Surrounded by food and fought off the courage to eat everything. Celebrated my son's b day Friday evening. was able to stay away from the hotdogs, hamburgers and cake.
Saturday was a little tougher but manage to hang in there.
Sunday, got a little carried away eating seafood and drinking beer. Beer was no go.
Base on the past week or so, my goal now is to only intake 1300 cals or less a day.

My hardest time is weekened but i notice when i am not at the office i have tendency to eat out to which foods are high in calories. Yesterday, my son and I had docotor appts. By noon time we both had not ate so the natural thing is to stop a fast food resturant.
Must learn how to be creative when i have days when i am out and about. Or keep a smart book in my vehicle which shows calories when I am out and about.
