I'm a 28 year active duty Army service member so fitness has been a large part of my adult life. I enjoy working out, ultra running, and living a healthy lifestyle.
I typically strive to maintain a 10% body composition year round, however, my current goal would take me down to about 8%.
My weight is around 160 but I'm looking to gain about 10 pounds. My challenge is adding lean body mass while continuing to lose fat. I enjoy being active and working out daily. I strive to do cardio everyday and normally include a weekend half marathon or long bike ride on a weekly basis. My love of running often results in muscle loss which is a daily struggle to find the right balance between fat loss and maintaining lean body mass.
