Yesterday was my last day on the gain weight path.
New everyday path:
1) Weigh in at least 1x week
2) Min 10k steps (so much harder in winter)
3) Log ALL food
4) Ban tortilla chips. They provide no nutritional value and lead to more bad food choices. This is challenging when spouse insists on buying Costco size bag. Still, no one is forcing me eat them.

I am glad I made myself to step on the scales before I hit 200lbs.

Better! A good week of healthy eating and plenty of steps. Someday I’ll crack the code on maintenance but at least I know how lose. Thankfully I’m back in the mindset although I don’t know what triggers that commitment. Sometimes it just snaps into place.
