Thank You Jesus! And thank you to all my Fat Secret family who encouraged me and made so many suggestions when I struggled in April. Especially thank you for suggesting Keto bread because that started me on a most productive exploration of many Keto label products.

Good morning, Sunday May 26, 2024, Memorial Weekend
3 I thank my God upon all my remembrance of you,
4 always in every supplication of mine on behalf of you all making my supplication with joy,

I am beyond grateful for all the warriors for health and happiness who struggle at my side in the Fat Secret battalion on this Memorial Weekend... We are from different cities, nations, politics, religions and backgrounds. But each of you encourage me in our common quest. Some directly and some by simply adding to our numbers. All are important. May the God of Abraham bless you and keep you. May all of you come to know the joy of knowing Him that I have found.
