I am really upset about this gain. But being mostly in bed and not moving and eating - of cause it will lead to gaining weight. As it got colder outside, one of my knees stopped working properly ( more inflammation, struggling to bend at the moment. It feels freezing inside of the leg, and nervopathic pain is severe ). So yesterday I researched on the Internet what to do in the winter months, how to keep my knee warm . So today I got some thermal leggings for outdoor and indoor. Hopefully, it will help me. I am so much missing my aerobics workouts at home, which I used to do before this cold 🥶 weather.

Yay! I managed to lose some kilograms. I'm struggling right now with side effects from the covid booster. But , the main thing is, my weight went down. 😃 I'm feeling happier in myself now about the weight 😃

Yep. It is me now. I am heavier by 7.7kg now. Shame on me. I do feel frustrated and angry with myself. In the last several months, I slept a maximum of 5 hours daily, falling asleep only around 6.00 am as all night I am in severe pain and can't to settle comfortably to sleep in the bed. My eating habits are very bad: not enough fruits and vegetables, proteins, and fibre. 3 days ago, I managed to make a vegetable salad for 4 days: white cabbage, red bell peppers, tomatoes, and shredded carrots. When I need, I am taking from the box some of it, adding a little bit of extra vergin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. It is my first step toward healthier eating, isn't it? Also, eating oranges. 😋 Started walking and doing step aerobics. Hopefully, very soon, I will see a change on my floor scale.
