Well how i am not paying a price for my easily 8000 extra calories on my birthday i have no idea. Didnt walk yesterday due to wallpaper installation followed by 90 degrees till after 8 pm. So surprising. Im guessing 8000 but i dont really know. Hagen dazs was 1145 calories and an entire box of chocolates probably 25 of them im guessing. Do NOT repeat this behavior.

Tried to load the color pix of wallpaper but FS wouldn’t load. Probably too much going on with color i guess? I LOVE it. Little snafu. Guy comes out to install and immediately says, this wall is SO BIG it’s going to be a much bigger job than i thought. Tried to charge me an extra 150. I said, i sent you the dimensions 20’x8’, pictures of the wall with the bed for scale and the link to the wallpaper i ordered and my address. What are the unknowns. We stared at each other for a minute then he says, how about another 100. I say im not very happy about that and he says okay i can pay him extra when he is done. I say, how about we see how it goes. He got here at 9:48 and was done at 12:34. I paid him what we agreed on last week. Which was 450. About the same as the other 3 bids i got. I dont get it. He had all good reviews but for one, his communication was speedy and excellent and i will now never, ever use him again for anything. Oh, and he was afraid of my furry boys. That should have been a sign😂😂. Moving on, im super happy with it!!!! And yes, i realize this isn’t a food or WOE post. Maybe if it had been done yesterday as originally planned I wouldn’t have binged on ice cream and chocolate. lol.

Im not going to judge myself. I had a major binge excusing myself as 61 years ago today i came into this world full of all kinds of orneriness, stubborn behavior and a strong strong predilection for ice cream. I had an entire pint of Hagen Dazs chocolate and peanut butter ice cream as well as a TON of chocolates. Yes, real chocolates, and chicken pot pie made from scratch by not me (costco). That was my last 48 hours. Not going to weight tomorrow and getting back on the train. Rewarding myself with wallpaper in my bedroom for a little refresh!! Never done wallpaper at my house before tho did it for my mom. May post and see what peeps think. So, happy birthday to me from me.
