its been a hard day especially in terms of water, today i did better than yesterday but the contsant urination is sooooo annoying. but nonetheless im sticking to it and doing my best. i cheated and stepped on the scale today lol...i know i know naughty naughty but im glad i am down some cant wait to weigh in offically in a few days. im excited that im back to taking the initative and doing my best at taking care of me!

intermitted fasting day 1. so far not too bad its 13:00 not hungry yet, im struggling with the water because its cold out today. i had a cup of coffee in the morning i hadnt bought the green tea yet. i will have a cup of green tea soon. bathroom pee breaks have already begun. hows your day going?

3 days into the new routine and back to work tomorrow. i was on tik-tok eariler and saw someones profile, she gave me some good pointers.
1. instead of just saying increase my daily water intake actually commite
to a numer of liters, i may not finish it all the first few days but i
need to be accountalbe. so i have settle on 2.5L a day.
2. reduce number of meals a day. breakfast is important so i wont miss
that and dinner i cant do without otherwise ill end up late night
eating. So i have decided breakfast will chia pudding cos it fills me
up and its oh so nutricious, followed by my water and green tea with
nothing all day. i will end my days with dinner a good helping of
veggies, protien and just a little carb.
3. start excercise after i have the new meal plan down (hopefully next
week).
4. weigh in ONLY once a week (i choose sundays), and take it a week at a
time.
today i think i did well with my diet, looking forward to an even better day tomorrow.

so yesterdays weight was an estimate because i forgot to get a new battery for my scale. so offically my starting weight is 119.3kg
i also havent eaten well the past few days cos i didnt have time to do my diet grocery shopping so hoping this weekend and next week will go better.
good thing is i work right close to a fruit and vegetable market and iv convinced my coworker to join me on a three week cleansing diet start my journey.
what have you done or what are you doing different today?
